Karen Klussendorf, Personal Fitness Trainer

Karen obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse. After working nearly 20 years in the mental health field, she returned to her passion…health education. Karen is certified as a personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor through AFAA and certified as a Yoga instructor through YogaFit. She is trained in movement education modes that use body movements to stimulate cognition and concentration. Through Karen works with all ages and abilities, her great enthusiasm is working with people looking to improve their functional fitness level and quality of life through balance, strength and flexibility.


Debbie North, Certified Personal Trainer

Debbie has been involved in sports and fitness her entire life. Her pursuits have included various winter sports, track, lacrosse, strength and triathlon training as well as backpacking throughout the Sierra and Cascade mountains. In addition to being an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, she coaches running groups for Fleet Feet Davis and teaches bootcamp and a pilates-yoga fusion classes. Debbie loves working with people seeking to make positive changes in their lives. Her goal is to improve her client’s fitness levels and help them to achieve the significant health benefits that come with an active lifestyle. Lauretta Hyatt-Chan, Certified Personal Trainer

Lauretta has worked over 23 years in Physical Fitness and Rehabilitation. Highlights from her career include ACE certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Lauretta also received her a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Sacramento City College. She has been featured as an International Fitness presenter at health and fitness conferences, with a specialty in aquatic therapeutic exercise. Her depth and breadth of experience allow her to train, facilitate and motivate her clients in achieving optimum performance and functional fitness.

Jason Dal Porto, Personal Fitness and Sports Trainer

Jason has been involved with athletics his entire life. Along with playing collegiate sports and semi-professional soccer, he has been coaching and training youth for the past ten years. Jason specializes in developing soccer skills that allow his clients to play at the highest level desired. He has a National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. In addition, he is in the process of completing his ACE certification and FMS training. With his enthusiasm and passion, Jason is committed to helping his clients work towards their athletic and fitness goals. Jennie Amaral, Certified Personal Trainer

Jennie has enjoyed moving and being active for as long as she can remeber. From competitive track and tennis in high school, dance training in college, to running recreationally, she enjoys movement in many forms. Jennie is a NSCA Personal Trainer and enjoys motivating, encouraging and creating balanced, personalized fitness regimens for her clients. She has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals by guiding them through conquering both mental and physical challenges.
