The Physical Edge Back Training Program is a series of training sessions designed to help participants improve low back function. The program focuses on identifying and correcting abnormal movement patterns, improving body mechanics, and increasing core strength. The program consists of an initial evaluation followed by eight group training sessions. The program is designed for individuals with a current or previous history of low back problems. Individuals who are interested in increasing athletic performance through improving movement patterns and core strength can also benefit from participation in the program.
After completion of the initial program, participants can continue to attend Level II Training sessions on an as needed basis for an additional charge. Participation in the Back Training Program does not include access to the Physical Edge fitness center outside of class times. Participants are encouraged to become members so as to maximize the benefit of the program but it is not necessary.
