Join us for a moderate Yoga Fitness class where the use of flowing postures provides a chance to open and expand, stretch and strengthen, deepen and calm. Focus is on providing a safe and joyful experience while exploring your breath and body movements to find your inner warrior.
This class will address core strengthening, stability and endurance moving into all types of planes of motion while employing all muscle groups of the body. Full body exercises will lengthen and improve muscle tone with a focus on the center of the body. Props such as Pilates rings, foam rollers, blocks and stability balls are used in this class.

Come enjoy this gentle and slow-paced full body workout, focused on releasing tight muscles, increasing range of motion in your joints, and relieving pain. You will improve your balance and posture while increasing your flexibility and strength. This class is perfect for injury recovery and prevention, for managing chronic pain, as well as for general stress relief. The movements in an Essentrics class borrow from the gentle flowing movements of tai chi, flexibility and strength techniques of ballet, and the healing principles of physiotherapy. This class features a fun playlist of songs from a variety of genres. The workout is performed in bare feet, while standing and on a mat.
