Swimming is a wonderful exercise for strengthening the whole body, achieving cardio-vascular gains, toning muscle and increasing endurance but there are ways to improve without having to increase your number of laps. At this session, you will learn specific tips on how to improve your swimming with the help of therabands, machine routines, abdominal and back muscle exercises, stability balls and a variety of pool drills. These techniques can enhance your flip-turns, stroke length, rotary breathing and other aspects of swimming so that you will get the most out of your workouts.
